16 egg whites
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup vegetable oil
5 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 0.6 ounce Amish vanilla flavored Jell-O
1/2 cup fresh fruit juice
4 bananas
Beat egg whites until stiff, spread on flat surface. Beat with honey until stiff; cut in 30 grams.
In a cup, mix the cornstarch with oil. Stir until mixture is smooth and thick. Combine flour, baking powder, fruit juice, and bananas. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake in a 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 50 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator. Frost with Amish decoration.
