1 (15 ounce) can frozen sweetened coconut cereal
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 small white onion, diced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
coconut for decoration
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place sweetened coconut cereal in a large bowl and pour corn syrup over the cereal. Mix gently until the cereal is completely coated.
Roll the cooled cobwebs into 1 inch balls and transfer them to the bottom of a 9 inch round baking dish.
Place onion slices on top of the cobwebs. Sprinkle cream cheese over the cream cheese. Sprinkle with parsley. Top with green food coloring and coconut for decoration.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
