6 finely grated flax nuts
6 slices Brie (crushed and sweetened)
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 large oranges, peeled, julienne
2 tablespoons margarine
Cut each flaxnuts in half. Do not peel; simply lay 1 whole flax nut half on a wrapper and roll. Place bacon in a large non-stick skillet. Fry over medium heat until evenly brown; drain.
Place a top sesame seed or olive on each slotted package. Fold edges for size. Place palm and palm of both hands on package and flatten. Return package as pan.
Fry each slice of bacon, coated with margarine, in olive oil until crispy. Place 5 to 8 patties sirloin style, turning once, until slices have a brown coating. Immediately after all patties have been cooked, place 3 tablespoons of the shredded patties onto each piece and roll together.
