3/4 cup water
1/3 cup minced onion
1/3 cup cooked poblano peppers
1/3 cup minced jalapeno pepper
1/3 cup minced green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 egg whites
3 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, mix water, onion, pepper, jalapeno, green onions, garlic powder, egg whites and milk.
Place mixture in a large bowl. Mix tomato juice, milk, and egg whites, and stir well to form a stiff, dough. Turn mixture onto a floured surface, and knead in flour until smooth. Shape into a small loaf. Roll into a rectangle. Place onto a large baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until juices run clear. Serve warm.
