Ham and Cheese Corned Beef Recipe

Ingredients

4 ounces sharp processed cheese spread

1 (6 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 (2 ounce) can beef broth

1 cup milk

1 onion, sliced

1 (4 ounce) package Italian sausage mix

2 tablespoons kosher salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cut the prepared hash browns into thin slices. Drain the fat before placing them into a single layer, and replace the fat with milk and broth.

In a medium saucepan, mix shredded cheese, ground French, Italian sausage, and salt. When the cheese is softened, spoon the mixture into your bottom-middle 9 x 1 inch souffle dish.

Bake each ham piece at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), uncovered. Remove the toothpicks from inside the meat in the middle, and place in the bottom of a large baking dish. Layer the lettuce on top, then the ham, then spread the meat mixture. Pour the water over all and sprinkle with the processed cheese sauce.

Bake for 35 minutes or until browned.
