1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound pork chops
1 large onion, diced
1 medium head cabbage, diced
2 quarts vegetable oil for frying
1 pound BBQ sauce
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add Worcestershire sauce and saute for 5 minutes.
Add pork chops and onion; cook 2 minutes. Fry in oil until internal meat temperature reaches 140 degrees F (80 degrees C). Remove from frying pan. Drain on paper towels.
Fry the ribs in batches in batches. Fry the chops 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Dredge the cabbage in the grease of the electric skillet and drizzle with mustard and BBQ sauce. Fry ribs in the hot oil 2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
