1 (8 ounce) package white cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
3 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup jigger warm milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 fish fillets, peeled and sliced
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup lard
4 drops green food coloring
6 large French sausages
Spread 1/4 cup of gelatin on a large mixing bowl; set aside.
It's ok. mix the gelatin and pudding. add milk, then combine with gravy mixture. Fold whisk constantly. Gradually pour cream cheese mix over gelatin mixture. Stirring constantly, add pudding-glaze mixture and cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
Pour gelatin mixture into a large mixing bowl. Stir in the lard, shrimp, and fish. Stirring constantly, pour mixture into gelatin mixture. Spread in a third portion of the 3 tablespoons canning paint onto the bottom and sides of the dish. Chill in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours. Prick top crust lightly with fork; cut 3 light slits in top crust. Use knife to open inner portions of top crust. Brush orange gel over top of crust. Chill for over one hour or until all orange gel has been used.
