1 pound crabmeat
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 pound blue lobster meat
1/2 cup sliced cooked lobster meat
1/2 pound lobster tails
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons prepared Dijon mustard
1 cup chopped onion
Preheat grill for high heat and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in crab meat and oil. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove from heat and stir in lobster tails, lobster tails and onions.
Place crab meat mixture on one side of each lobster roll. Fold lobster roll into crab meat mixture. Place lobster rolls on heated grill.
Bake in preheated grill for 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
I always have these sweet breads. Nice flavor.
