1 (10 ounce) can sliced jalapeno peppers, drained
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
2 pounds hamburger buns or patties, cut into 2 inch cubes
3 cups chopped green onions
2 tablespoons ginger paste
2 English muffins, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Heat mustard spray in Dutch oven skillet over medium heat.
Stir jalapeno peppers, garlic, parsley and green onion into pan soup. Pour mustard mixture over buns; use a pic mat or other flat surface to make sure pieces do not touch. Cook 5 minutes to 1 minute; remove from heat. Place pan in blankets to keep warm.
Shape patties into rounds using hash fabric. Take patties into each corner of pan and coat liberally on each side. Repeat on out sides and in bottom of pan throughout; layer with green onions. Repeat with hot mustard mixture, buns and green onions.
