very good. I browned the pork before I cooked it. You get a nice crispy outside. The sweetness is from the walnuts, I put the browned pork on a baking dish and let it cool about 20 min. Then I took the pork out of the oven and did not turn it. I sealed the brownie with a foil and let it finish cooling before I frosted it. I know it is much easier to fess up about the omissions, I did it the same way I made the brownie: with the walnuts, walnuts, and brownie in my piping bag.

I make a chicken curry dish that I just love and a lot of the ingredients are the same. I put in the potatoes the day before I'd like them to absorb more of the coconut milk, I add chicken broth and water, leave out the salt if using canned vegetables. I also add about a cup of low sodium chicken broth to keep everything moist. I find it's best to use fresh pork chops than frozen, if possible. Last but not least, I brown the pork chops in the hot oil before I process them in the food mill. It takes much longer, but it's worth it and I'm not using frozen pork chops.
