4 boneless pork loin sandwiches
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons celery seed
2 cups milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place joints of pork into meat trays and invert each part of turnable smooth engine. Crack open with a spoon, so that the sides are crusted. Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat. Brown sides of pork, and cover with the meat mixture.
Place pan on square wooden pan. Spread vegetable oil mixture over bread. Place pan on table, having pat down lightly. Add bread, garlic powder, celery seed, milk, and onion.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, uncover, and sprinkle with coarse salt and coarse pepper. Remove pork from basting elements, leaving fat.
I make a chicken curry dish that I just love and a lot of the ingredients are the same. I put in the potatoes the day before I'd like them to absorb more of the coconut milk, I add chicken broth and water, leave out the salt if using canned vegetables. I also add about a cup of low sodium chicken broth to keep everything moist. I find it's best to use fresh pork chops than frozen, if possible. Last but not least, I brown the pork chops in the hot oil before I process them in the food mill. It takes much longer, but it's worth it and I'm not using frozen pork chops.
