This was a big hit among the 12 people I asked to make it for a dinner. It was gone in 5 minutes, had a wonderful flavor, and everyone wanted it. I did follow the recipe exactly, except I used a little more cow's milk (and I had to use a little less corn starch) because I added some sour cream and shortening to the dough. I also added 2 tablespoons of vanilla and 1 tablespoon of powdered milk. It turned out great, just slightly better than I made it. A little theory here, since the recipe calls for baking and frying the corn and soy sauce, and I found it bland (but again, that's normal), but it sure tastes good. Next time, I make it for a crowd, I might add some pepper.

I have made this recipe for years and it is a big hit. I usually use a tomato sauce but you can use any number of peppers - red pepper, onions, garlic, whatever. I also add some sort of small pasta. It doesn't have to be pasta - frozen rolls, breaded chicken breasts, fresh pasta, whatever. You can make this ahead and just add the pre-cooked chicken when it cooks. You can also add shredded chicken to this, but I haven't tried this yet.

This is a fantastic Pasta! Easy to make and loaded with flavor. I usually use a little salt and pepper when cooking pasta, but this is a totally different animal. This is moist and full of flavor!
