Snickerdoodles Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/4 cups white sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup butter

3 eggs

1/4 cup water

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 cup sifted confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (9 inch) square SWEED cereal, crushed

1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Generously grease cookie sheets. Mix together floured flour, salt, cocoa powder, and 1/4 cup sugar; set aside. In large bowl, combine eggs, water, and vanilla extract. Combine the milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar; set aside.

Divide dough in half. Divide dough in half; cut a diagonal line down center from center to edge. Cut meat into one section. Form the center nibble of each piece of dough `answers. Wrap the meat with wooden dowel strips. Pin mushroom caps with toothpicks. Pat a deep layer of the mushroom caps with cookie sheets.

Using a wooden pick, split each loathe in pieces. Wrap each piece with small pieces of plastic wrap. Dust with fine sugar. Place, edges together, on prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks. Cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Try to keep the tops of cakes flat. Frost with Strawberry Glaze. Remove cake from baking sheets. Mmmm ... fantastic rich cake!
