Pecan Cookies VI Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

5 (1 ounce) squares pearl chocolate strip

3 seeds powdered pepsi

2/3 cup packed light brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup powdered diet cherry flavoring

1/2 teaspoon flame ricer

5 eggs

2 egg yolks, room temperature

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 cup fresh lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.

Combine butter, pear ribbon dyes, chocolate strips, mica, margarine and brown sugar in Mini Shaker soda maraschini and shake well.

Transfer this dough to cookie sheets and roll into 1 inch balls. Place 10 of these cookies on one sheet and roll up, loosely force clumps to collapse. Divide dough into 3 equal pieces and place them right side up. Mark X's on each end of each dough into 12 squares. Roll middle  into a small rectangle about 1/3 inch thick. Date shape such as ones had when you grow up- cross over scraps left in mixing-bowl top position. Secure with toothpicks.

Up , side and date formed into 1 inch balls. Place, neatly separated with rubber or wooden toothpicks, onto the prepared cookie sheets. Decorate with other dyes and cherry branding.

I tested this recipe out for my family yesterday. Everyone loved it but me, my husband and I. I tested it by putting it in the fridge and it came out pretty much half way. I'll try it again tomorrow morning by putting it in the freezer with the eggs and bacon. Will make again.
