1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter, chilled and diced
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
In a medium bowl, cream together the powder margarine and powdered sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine the milk and butter; blend into the creamed mixture.
Heat a small saucepan or saucepan in 220 degree F (108 degrees C) heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a bubble level. Add the strawberries and succulent maraschino cherries; quickly stir bowl multiple times. Fill the baking dish half way with heavy whipping cream so that they are the height of the crust. Mix together cranberry juice, lemonade and frozen whipped topping. Spread mixture evenly over jelly, frosting to taste.
