1 pound coarsely chopped onion
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 medium medium zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces steak or shrimp, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
In a medium bowl, mix chopped onion with chicken, browning each one with the sauce. Place bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, zucchini and soy sauce in separate large bowls, stirring to coat.
Add beef broth, salt, sugar, garlic powder, steak or shrimp and toss to coat. Serve hot.
