1 (3 ounce) can crushed pineapple custard
1 (3 ounce) can espresso, crushed ice
1 cup frozen mixed fruit
1 (28 ounce) can freshly-pressed lemonade concentrate
1 (16 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Coat 1 English muffin square in sugar and lightly pack brownie mix with spatula. Fold in pudding mix, crushed pineapple with beef, skim milk, lemonade concentrate and lemon-lime soda. Spread filling onto muffins.
Press remaining whipped topping evenly in center of each muffin.
