2 medium onions, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
In a large bowl, whisk together the onion, green bell pepper, garlic and salt and pepper. Pour mixture over the onion and green pepper mixture in the pan. Bring to a boil and stir in cream and parsley. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot with mixed vegetables.
