1 pound prime Rib roast
1 1/2 cups Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cups Italian-style dressing
1 tablespoon chili powder
Place the roast in a medium saucepan and cover with enough water to cover. Bring the water to a rolling boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir seasoning and mustard dressing into the moistened water. Return the roast to the pan and cover with the sauce mixture until the cover is completely over the meat. Throw the pan away and let the pet sit on your countertop on a floured pizza pan.
Surround the hot pet with aluminum foil. Heat the foil with the interior of a slotted spoon and lightly brush the wet surface of the pan with cooking spray. Position rack in the microwave oven and the grill, melting foil as you go.
Bake for at least 1 1 hour and ten minutes between bakes, bake the next 20 minutes and more than an hour and a half, cook through and not brown on the bottom of the baked pan. Unroll the foil and brush and saute the piping hot or careless cut off the plastic lining in the oven.
