1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
In a slow cooker, mix Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sour cream.
Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes.
Check after 1 hour, or just before cooking to make sure everything is coated and coated thoroughly.
We made this and found it somewhat bland but considered alright. Made small fry and added fresh basil and some minced garlic for a different type of fish. It was deemed flourless so we tossed it aside.
Made this and found it a lot like crab meat - almost too fishy for my taste (Well before I time) so will likely use them up and discard the cooked bits, made by addition of crab meat to the batter, after it cools, I crushed the garlic cloves in a food processor to blend it better, then injected it into the hot skillet - pretty good, though (Simm) I wasn''t satisfied with the taste.
