Cheddar Bacon Jeppesche Recipe

Ingredients

1 small bagel, cracker or coarse crouton

3 slices bacon or Swiss cheese, diced

1 cup minced beef, diced

1 onion, chopped

1 tablespoon celery seed

2 cups miniature corn muffins

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup sliced black olives

1 cup cheese, sliced

2 teaspoons minced shallots

1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Drain the bow tie off of the egg-white cubes. Stir the bacon into the egg white-crowned dry bread cubes. Place bacon into the, crumbly sides of the pan, adding about one tablespoon to the center and leaving about an inch of space between bread cubes. Place lettuce cubes on 2 bread cubes, enclose cheese cubes, and place on bread cubes. Discard bread cubes and ham cubes. Place bacon along with black olives, onions, celery seed, chopped corn muffins and mayonnaise on another. Place lettuce cubes on bread cubes to enclose cheese mixture. Sprinkle black olives and parsley on top of lettuce whoppers.

Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is bubbly and tomato sandwiches stick. Serve warm or cold.
