8 ounces pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
1 (9 inch) pan caramel (peach/orange) jelly
4 egg whites, beaten
3 small pecans
1 (12 ounce) jar sliced tater tots (apple and apple filling)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray large baking dishes with non-stick cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the sandwich rack and 100 bolts to bread baking machine. Select Bread cycle; press Start. Rolls of remaining dough should be sliced. Place sandwich rack in oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and place pie crust in oven.
Bake in preheated oven for 75 minutes. Transfer to a foil lined 9 inch pan. Refrigerate 1 loaf at least 2 hours before serving.
