1 1/2 cups crisp white bread cubes
1/2 cup non-dairy creamer
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon butter
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 10x15 inch baking pan.
Mix together crisp white bread cubes and non-dairy creamer in a medium bowl. Stir in milk and butter. Place 1/2 cup of butter between two of the bottom layers, and press down the bread cubes with a spatula.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until well done. While bread is still hot, sprinkle cinnamon over hot bread.
