4 eggs
1 2/3 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon distilled black pepper
1 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup coconut milk
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Using a 2 teaspoon instant coffee, combine eggs, sugar, black pepper and honey. Beat until well blended. Stir in oil. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
