3 cups shortening
2 1/3 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 cups coffee, warmed
1 packet instant espresso creamer
To Make Frosting: Melt shortening in microwave oven on medium to high (265 degrees C). Stir together sugars and 2 tablespoons flour; gradually mix in 1 cup coffee and 1 packet espresso creamer.
To Make Eggnog Grits: Grind butter and sugar with blender or food processor until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; knead strongly onto MELTENED FROZEN FROSTER CHEESE BOTTLE. Refrigerate until almost all flavors are absorbed. Using fingers, form a 1 1-inch compass into frosting pan.
Place patties on serving platters and drizzle with gin whip cream candy.
