1/2 cup butter, softened
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup limited lime juice
1 teaspoon food coloring
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar for decoration
In a medium saucepan, place the butter, flour and lime juice. In a small bowl, mix the yellow sugar, vinegar, and mix well.
Return mixture to the saucepan and heat to boiling. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon rind lime juice, marshmallows, orange zest and lemon juice to taste.
