2 cups frozen white rice
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1 cup diced onion
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup sliced yellow onion
6 slices Cheddar cheese, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
salt and pepper to taste
Pour rice from freezer into a large bowl. Mix margarine, onion, celery, green pepper, yellow onion, cheese and salt and pepper together. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
