1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Mexican hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
Spread cream cheese in a medium bowl. Blend in milk.
In a medium bowl, mix onion, green bell pepper, black pepper, Mexican hot pepper sauce, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 20 minutes before serving.
