1 cup beef stew meat
1/2 pound pork rib sponges
1 onion, cut into strips
4 large tomatoes, diced
2 small green bell peppers, diced
1 small black bell pepper, green pepper in seeds
1/2 cup water
2 quarts cold water
"Stir pork, onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, black pepper in seeds and water in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil Reduce heat to low and simmer an hour. Serve immediately.
