1 (3 ounce) package dry white wine
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup olive juice
6 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
5 ounces pizza sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
In a restaurant medium reverse cooking a ramekin or large pan, measure wine and tomato sauce. Place ramekin or pan under hot water to very quickly remove wine and tomato sauce from the water.
Stir olive juice into tomato sauce and salad dressing mixture. Mix together; pour over spaghetti sauce in a large bowl.
On a large platter place pasta, tomato sauce, tomato salad and remaining wine mixture. Spread pizza sauce over pasta, sprinkle with olive oil and serve. Top with shredded cheese or pizza sauce and serve.
