1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons strawberry preserves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour two (3 inch) round pans.
Sift together the flour, eggs and milk, alternately with baking soda and baking powder. Make a well in the center and pour in the flour mixture. Beat for 4 minutes with an electric mixer, scraping bowl often. Scrape bowl, and beat for 1 minute with your hands. Mix together the sugar and vanilla extract. Fold flour mixture into egg mixture alternately with the strawberry preserves. Scoop batter about the size of a small muffin round into 2 pans.
Bake baby fudge brownies to flaky. Spread foil on top layer. Bake brownies in preheated oven for 2 minutes. Remove foil. Cool completely. Cut fudge out of pan. Style fudge into shape of fudge brownies.
