1 stalk celery, shredded
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Sherry Vinegar
1 1/4 cups diced onion
1 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup chopped radish
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, romaine, lettuce, celery, green, tomato, bell pepper, salt, onion, tomato and bell pepper. Mix together, and toss in the vinegar. Cover and refrigerate.
While the bowl is refrigerating, wash and peel the onions and tomatoes. Roughly chop radish and green peppers. Slice tomatoes into small wedges, and place onto serving platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
