1 (4 ounce) can sliced red pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add red pepper, and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in olive oil, garlic, olive oil, salt, oregano, basil, marjoram, basil and tarragon. Stir until well coated. Remove from heat and stir in shrimp. Serve chilled.
