1 1/2 teaspoons butter, softened
3/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup solid orange juice
1 (8 ounce) can Irish cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, chilled
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon butter flavored extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix butter, applesauce, raisins, orange juice, Irish cream, cream cheese, cream cheese, egg, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and butter flavoring until well blended. Dissolve remaining butter flavoring in water, mixing with fingers until mixable.
Arrange apple slices in bottom of a 9 inch springform pan or sandwich pan. Attach the apples to the inside of the pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until filling is bubbly.
