3 quarts milk chocolate syrup
3 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons vanilla extract
4 quarts citrus-flavored juice
1 3/4 cups chopped peaches
1 1/2 cups chopped apricots
1 cup chopped almonds
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sliced peaches
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix chocolate syrup and butter. Beat in vanilla extract, citrus juice, peaches and apricots. Stir in lemon zest, milk, orange juice and margarine. Stir mix well and chill until firm.
Pour mixture into prepared pan. Chill until firm. Shape into 3 shapes using pliers or by spoonfuls. Place onto waxed paper lined baking sheet. Chill until firm. Set aside.
Meanwhile, heat 1/2 cup margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the citrus juice and peaches until slightly orange. Pour into remaining 3 shapes using mixture from the refrigerator. Chill until firm.
Spread orange slices over fudge. Spread peach slices over fudge. Place peach slices over green and orange Fudge. Pour orange juice over peach slices. Spread orange juice over peach slices. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
