1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
4 pounds beef steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 boneless pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 (.25 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove mat from bag.
Rinse beef cubes and pat dry. Brown beef cubes in a large skillet of medium heat; drain fat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, paprika, dry mustard, parsley, orange juice, beef bouillon, salt and dry mustard.
Bake beef 1 1/2 hours in the preheated oven.
Remove meat (bone and lean) from marinade and drain. Return beef cubes to marinade.
Spoon 2 tablespoons tomato soup mix into meat cubes.
Return beef cubes to marinade. Place meat cubes in oven rack to broil about 10 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness. Remove meat from rack.
Bake uncovered about 1 hour in the preheated oven.
