1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, halved and sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cloves garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute for about 10 minutes. Add garlic and oregano; stir well. Add basil, rosemary, salt and cheese. Mix well. Transfer mixture to a glass or plastic container. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
