4 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable oil
1 (2.5 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed (not whipped)

1 (15 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 3/4 cups cranberry sauce
1 cup raisins
1 cup crunchy rice cereal
In a blender, combine brown sugar, crushed ice and evaporated milk. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium saucepan. Place on low heat. Bring to a boil over medium heat and gently stir in cranberry sauce, raisins and rice cereal. Heat through and allow to cool slightly. Add cream cheese and whipped topping. Pour sauce over pie, stirring well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
