Hey everyone, my new baby has made a mess of things. This is my first time making it and I'm not sure how it will turn out. It is a mess and it is fattening. I cut WAY back on the amount of butter and sugar. I replaced the orange/valentine crystals with cranberries and thickened it by hand. My batter looks great but it isnt thick yet. Its making very slow but its nibbling at the tips. I will keep at a medium/high until its thick. Its easy to handle and you cant go wrong. I put toffee remoulade, greek seasoning, and cardamon. I give it 10/10
