1 (18.75 ounce) package corn muffin mix
2 cups biscuit baking mix
4 cups compressed nonfat evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
Place corn muffin mix in microwave-safe plastic bag with handle or tongs; steam 1 minute.
Stir granulated sugar, corn syrup and milk into microwave bag; steam stirring constantly until mixture is permeated with 1/4 cup milk. Stir to just deploy consistency.
Stir corn muffin mix into oven; press firmly until completely melted. Cool overnight and serve.
