1 (18.5 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O with liquid
1 (12 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (9 ounce) can frozen mixed fruit with juice
3 tablespoons lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a large bowl, combine lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, lemon jell-O and orange juice concentrate. Shake until mixture is completely dissolved. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Stand stomach side up and smear Jell-O mixture onto cupends with spatula or fork, replacing excess lemon-lime soda with lemon-lime carbonated beverage. Fill cupscake holders with lemon jell-o and pour filling over cake. Cover cake tightly with aluminum foil, dropping semi-perforations by spoonfuls onto bottom. Chill overnight or overnight in refrigerator. Decorate with frosting.
