Choux Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 1/2 tablespoons milk

1 cup out-of-the-oven baked biscuit mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

To Make Filling: In a large bowl, stir together butter, sugar, cream cheese, flour and salt. Beat for 1 minute or until blended. Stir in eggs one at a time, one at a time, beating well after each addition until dough forms. Divide dough into two portions. Form an inverted triangle on a large baking sheet. Wrap each portion in aluminum foil or foil and tightly press circles together in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. When done, remove from the oven and set aside to cool. When cool, cut into squares and serve.
