1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Melt the cream cheese and salt in a bowl. Mix in the lemon juice and horseradish while whisking or adding lemon juice with ice cubes or lemon wedges.
Pour filling in a relatively shallow 8x8 inch dish. Cover grilling while assembling the piece. Place fish over cream cheese layer and place a large slice of lemon per serving. Grill the fish for about 5 minutes and remove each piece of cheese to serve. Garnish with shredded anchovies or yams.
