4 cups evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups light cream
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 (12 ounce) package strawberries, sliced
In a saucepan, mix evaporated milk, light cream, flour, baking powder, strawberries, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes. Pour mixture over croissants. Chill and serve.
