1 pound ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
ground black pepper to taste
3 cups chicken broth
salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 175 degrees F (80 degrees C).
In a large big pot over medium high heat, cook beef until well done; stirring occasionally. Add the onion, garlic, oregano, and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 15 minutes. Add broth, if necessary. Chill additional 15 minutes.
