1 1/2 cups applesauce
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 eggs
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, sifted

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup lemon juice
In a large bowl, blend applesauce, sugar, vanilla extract and milk. Stir in lemon extract, eggs, butter, lemon zest and lemon zest. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
