1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Place graham cracker crust on top of pie crust.
In a large bowl, beat pudding mix and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove pie from oven and allow to cool completely. Refrigerate pie while serving.
To serve, arrange whipped topping on pie, and place in freezer bag. Bring oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until set.
