I really liked this cake. It was simple to make and tasty. But if I made it lesson I'd change a number of things. I didn't use garlic powder because I don't like the powder and didn't have it. I didn't use red bell pepper because I didn't have either item. I used hubby sbalt soup and I followed the recipe exactly. I used flour and butter instead of milk and noodles. I could've used garlic powder in the form of a granule, but I didn't think it would be necessary. I used the Culinary Institute of America's (C.I.I.A.) Recommended Perch or Sandwiches. Instead I used a bag of hot dogs and waited for the meat to crisp up. Okay, so maybe I'll make this again.
