1 1/2 cups white wine
1 (1 ounce) package dry fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons butter
In a medium bowl, mix wine, pasta and butter. Pour fettuccine mixture over the pasta. Top with the wine sauce, and toss to coat. Serve at room temperature.
This was very good but I would use some extra Crimini in the future.
