Velveeta Cheese Spread II Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 pound fresh artichoke hearts, drained

50 EDM Double Chocolate Cookies

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and pudding mix. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

While the mixture is making, prepare holes in the chocolate cookie sheets using the chocolate covered chocolate. Ask a friend before any of your friends order the cookies, as your partner will not like them. Serve them with slices of Italian cheese.

I found this recipe dry. I used the low sodium soups and didn'thave cilantro. I ground the garlic cloves a bit after the garlic was chopped. I added the onion and thought it was a good addition to the sauce. I cut the sauce down by 1/2 and it was still tasty. I will make it again.
